I know exactly what that person meant. Your caps have a very soft kind of look to them, like the faces are very smooth and even - all the colors are. Everything is very smooth and not gritty at all. I have been screwing around in photoshop for months and I have no idea how you do it. I know you probably don't want to share your secrets but if you would ever be willing to do a little tutorial and release a psd, I would love you forever.

oh my god guys, what are you even talking about XD my caps just look normal to me, lol! but thank you and gosh, “my secrets”, i’m flattered but they’re not really secrets. i use the reduce noise filter under filter>noise, set at 6, 60%, 45%, 25% for the four fields with remove jpeg artifact unchecked. then i use smart sharpen, then curves to brighten it up, and then i slap on the actions which you can find a link for in my resources. i run them once and put the action into a folder so i don’t have to keep running it over and over. it’s kinda of a guess which actions will look good so i just have like 5 actions in separate folders and check/uncheck them until whatever combination works, lol.

my .psd’s are really messy and embarrassing. um, i might clean one up a bit and post it. but like i said, no secrets, my entire process is written here xD
